Bước 1: chuẩn chỉnh bị

Bước 2: download bộ thiết lập máy in HP Laserjet 1160

Click chuột cần vào My Computer và lựa chọn Properties để xem hệ quản lý và điều hành máy tính, sau đó chọn tải về bộ thiết lập máy in khớp ứng với hệ điều hành máy tính:

Bước 2: cài đặt

- cùng với hệ quản lý điều hành Win XP: Vào Start / Setting / Printer và Fax như hình bên dưới

- với hệ điều hành và quản lý Win 7: Vào Start / Divice và Printer như hình bên dưới

- Click lựa chọn vào địa chỉ printer nghỉ ngơi cột bên tría như hình bên dưới và có tác dụng lần lượt theo như hình vẽ:

- bước 4: lựa chọn in test và chọn đúng máy in HP 1160 vừa download là ok

THAO TÁC XỬ LÝ khi GẶP SỰ CỐ KẸT GIẤY:

- cách 1:tắt nguồn đồ vật in để tránh hỏng hóc chập main

- bước 2:Mở lắp phía trên và rút vỏ hộp mực ra

- cách 3:Mở đính ở sấy vùng sau máy, gạt 2 nãy xanh bên đầu sấy để giấy in không biến thành kẹt chặt

- bước 4:Rút giấy ra => chăm chú rút theo hướng giấy chạy ra, ko rút ngược về phía khay giấy

- bước 5:Vệ sinh lại máy, đính thêm lại vỏ hộp mực, đóng đính thêm sấy như ban đầu, khởi cồn nguồn và thử in lại

Ngoài ra nên kiểm tra lại giấy gồm quá mỏng tanh hay để lâu bị ẩm quá không. Tránh việc để rất nhiều giấy sinh hoạt khay in nhằm tránh giấy ẩm gây kẹt.

Nếu thứ in bị kẹt giấy liên tục cần hotline thợ đến soát sổ xử lý sớm kiêng những mất dính khác cho máy in của bạn.
