Chủ tịch tp hcm đã góp sức trọn đời mình cho việc nghiệp tranh đấu giành độc lập, từ do, niềm hạnh phúc của quần chúng. # ta; cho việc nghiệp giải phóng các dân tộc nằm trong địa trong cầm kỷ XX; đến cuộc đấu tranh bởi hòa bình, dân chủ, công bình xã hội trên rứa giới; cho việc củng ráng và cải tiến và phát triển tình hữu nghị và bắt tay hợp tác giữa các dân tộc. Cuộc đời của Người, như reviews cao của Đảng ta, là “một cuộc sống oanh liệt, đầy gian khổ, hy sinh, vô cùng cao thượng và phong phú, vô cùng trong sạch và rất đẹp đẽ”. Vày vậy, trước lúc ra đi Người không chỉ là để lại đến toàn Đảng, toàn quân cùng toàn dân một nhân cách lớn, một bốn tưởng lớn, một sự nghiệp khủng mà fan còn để lại bạn dạng Di chúc định kỳ sử. Tuy nhiên Người viết rằng: “Để lại mấy lời” và “chỉ nói tóm tắt vài việc thôi” nhưng di chúc của chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh là 1 văn kiện lịch sử hào hùng vô giá, có ý nghĩa lý luận và trong thực tế sâu sắc. 

Ban tổ chức triển khai Hội thảo đã nhận được 49 bài bác báo công nghệ và tham luận của cán bộ, giảng viên, những nhà cai quản lý, lãnh đạo cấp cho ủy Đảng, các tổ chức đoàn thể, của phân tích sinh, sinh viên những trường đại học thành viên, đơn vị trực ở trong Đại học tập Huế và của những nhà khoa học ở Hà Nội, Đà Nẵng, Quảng Bình. Với tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, Ban tổ chức đã triển khai phân công biên tập nghiêm túc, tuyển chọn những bài bác thực sự có mức giá trị khoa học, có những nhận thức và góp sức mới về tư tưởng, ý kiến của chủ tịch Hồ Chí Minh so với giáo dục nói chung, giáo dục đh nói riêng và câu hỏi vận Kỷ yếu hội thảo chiến lược Hội thảo “Bác hồ nước với giáo dục” dụng trong trong thực tiễn giảng dạy, phân tích khoa học; việc tiến hành Di chúc của bạn và thông tư 05-CT/TW của cục Chính trị trên Đảng bộ Đại học tập Huế để in Kỷ yếu hội thảo chiến lược gồm 36 bài được phân thành 3 chủ đề :
